This lengthier form provides us with comprehensive details about the applicants, their financial status and credit history, the property they require finance for, the amount of finance needed, how it will be used, and what the exit strategy is.
Although it takes longer to complete, the Full Application Form will enable us to give you a faster decision.
This form asks about your plans for the property you intend to develop. It requires a breakdown of works, such as architect’s plans, planning permission, building contracts, refurbishment, along with a brief description of each, the timeline, and related costs for each item of work.
This form provides us with details about your existing property portfolio. Please list all properties you currently own, excluding your personal home.
This Assets and Liabilities form helps us to understand your financial situation. It is needed as part of your application.
You must submit a fully completed and signed application form, which must be supported by the following documents:
